Francisca Manchac
I was raised on a sprawling 600-acre working ranch in Colorado and spent time contributing to my family’s farms and beach communities in Texas. Growing up in a family deeply involved in real estate and business, I naturally developed a passion for guiding others in navigating and protecting their property and business ventures.
My expertise spans residential and commercial real estate, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and strategic advisory for startups and established businesses alike. Known for my ability to combine practical guidance with strategic insight, I help clients protect their assets, drive organizational growth, and achieve long-term success.
I have also been married twice and litigated my own prenuptial agreement. Those experiences shaped how I deliver my prenup and postnup agreement services. I want to help you protect your assets (and what is yours!) and have peace of mind. The government will write a prenup for you if you don't have one. However, you can deicide what works best for you in a prenuptial agreement before you marry and even do a postnuptial agreement after you are married. I draft agreements for those who only have debt to millionaire clients.
My approach is simple, I want to help you navigate your legal issues without standing in the way of your dreams, your marriage, or your business.
I enjoy the challenge of mastering a new craft. Beyond the practice of law, my obsessions include cooking, health and nutrition, and traveling off the beaten path.
