Cancellation Policy

Complimentary Consultation Booking Policy We’re excited to connect with you! To make sure your complimentary consultation is smooth, respectful of your time, and productive, please review the following guidelines: One-Time Offer – Each new client is entitled to one complimentary consultation. This session is designed to help us understand your needs and determine how we can best assist you. Duration – Consultations are scheduled for up to 30 minutes. If additional time or in-depth legal advice is needed, we’ll discuss the appropriate next steps and applicable flat-fee options. Scheduling – Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our office directly. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Rescheduling & Cancellations – If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the complimentary consultation. Scope of Discussion – The consultation is for general informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Formal legal representation begins only after a signed engagement agreement and payment of fees, if applicable. Preparation – To make the most of your session, please have any relevant documents or background information ready to share in advance or during the consultation. Our goal is to make this first step as easy and helpful as possible, while respecting everyone’s time.
