- Purpose of Coaching
The coaching services provided under this Agreement are intended solely for educational, informational, and personal development purposes. Coaching is a collaborative process that supports the Client in achieving self-identified goals. However, coaching is not therapy, not legal advice, and does not substitute for professional services in these or any other licensed fields.
- No Legal or Therapeutic Relationship
Client understands and agrees that:
- The Coach is not acting as a licensed therapist, counselor, or attorney.
- This Agreement does not create an attorney-client relationship.
- No legal advice, mental health diagnosis, or therapeutic intervention will be provided.
- No Guarantees
While the Coach will endeavor to support the Client’s growth and development, no specific results, outcomes, or achievements are guaranteed. The Client is solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.
- No Refunds
All payments made for coaching services are non-refundable. By enrolling in coaching sessions, the Client understands and agrees that fees are due in full and are not contingent on the outcome or completion of services.
- Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. However, this confidentiality is not protected by legal privilege as would be the case in a licensed therapeutic or legal relationship.
- Session Policies
Client agrees to arrive on time and be fully present during sessions. Missed or cancelled sessions may not be rescheduled or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Assumption of Risk
Client acknowledges that participation in coaching may involve discussing sensitive or challenging topics. Client assumes full responsibility for any risks associated with these discussions and their outcomes.
- Entire Agreement
This document reflects the entire agreement between the Coach and Client and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. Amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
