Once upon a time, I was the queen of overthinking, under-communicating, and replaying conversations like crime scene footage. I stayed quiet to keep the peace, avoided conflict like it was contagious, and called it “being nice” when really, I was just scared of being misunderstood.

Spoiler: I was still misunderstood.

Then I learned something that changed everything—

  • Boundaries are love.
  • And you don’t have to shout to be powerful—you just have to mean it.

I turned my obsession with language, strategy, and psychology into a career—
